Even with the help of our parents, we did not have enough money to start a fresh pasta shop. On the other hand, with the help of Sviluppo Italia and Pama’s worldwide experience in grants and loans for small artisanal activities, we were able open up a small artisanal gluten-free pasta factory and delicatessen in Tuscany producing ravioli, cappelletti, pizza and sweets. Celiacs can finally take advantage of our mouth-watering delicacies that would not exist without Massimo and Luca. Everything was much simpler with the help of Pama. Thank you. The Santucci family.
