In any pasta factory the problem of achieving the highest hygiene and the best conservation of the dies must be taken into great consideration.
This is the reason why Capitanio has improved its range of die-whashing machines, in order to meet the requirements of its huge customer circle better and better.
In conceiving and enginering its die-washin machines, Capitanio has taken into the greatest consideration three main principles: functionality, strenght and simplicity of use. These models apply, in particulare, to middle - and large - sized pasta factories.
They are completely made in stailess steel and bronze ; the dies and the sprayarms are moved by geared motors.
The presence of a tank with several sections permits a bettere decantation of the water, which is recycled by the pump; in this way operating costs are reduced remarkably.
According to the various models, on e or more ceramic piston motor-pump units are employed, for which recommend a working pressure of 30/35 atmopheres. By request, also different kinds of pumps can be supplied, provided they fit the machine itself.

by request, caomputer "E" version is also available (CL20/LE - CL25/2LE), where the check panel is PLC-operated, which permits to programme and memorize the washing schedules of each die very easily, by exploiting all possible combinations, as far as timing and achieve the best washing result in the shortest time.
The possibility of retrieving the complete washing cycle of any die, previously memorized, by simply digitizing its identification code, simplifies and shortens the setting procedures of the washing operation remarkably.
All the above machines are made in compliance with EEC- machine regulation 89/392.
