In all modern pasta factories the die-washing machine has always been the indispensable instrument to guarantee the best hygiene and conservation of dies.
These models are higly appreciated by our customers for their simple use and their strenght; thanks to thier compactness, particularly in Mod. CL400, dimensions are remarkably reduced. These machines are completely made in stainless steel and bronze. The die and the sprayarms are moved by means of geared motor. They are supplied complete with a ceramic piston motor-pump unit, for which we recommend a working pressure of 30/35 atmospheres. By request also different types of pumps can be supplied, provided they fit the machine.
The presence of a second tank permits a bettere decantation of the water, that is recycled by the pump, reducing the operating costs remarkably.
The models CL400/R and CL560/2RE are equipped with a switchboard panel, seprate form the machine and provided with a timer for the programming of the washing schedules. By request the above apnel can be mounted on the machine itself.
In the versions CL400/RE and Cl560/2RE the control board is PLC operated, which permits very easily to

programme and memorize all possible combinations, as far as times and positiong of the sprayarm are concerned, in order to achieve the best washing result in the shortest time.
By retrieving the die identification code, it is possible to start immediatly the washing working cycle.
To the same series there belong the special models CL400/RES and CL560/4RE, which are respectively mechanically and PLC-operated, complete the above production range.
They are provided with two separate motor-pumps units and can wash up to four circular dies having a maximum diameter of mm.560 at the same time.
All the above machines are produced in conformity with the EEC-m,achine regultaion 89/392.
