With the new edition of our catalogue, we've expanded the presentation of our pasta shapes by means of this electronic catalogue, which shows pictures of our shapes, already dried. The size of the outfeed hole for the pasta on the dough plate is shown for each shape. The purpose of this is to offer better service, since each type of pasta shrinks differently as it dries, depending on the raw materials used and on the technical characteristics of the production line. Therefore, Customers will have to calculate shrinkage and specify the size of the dough plate with their orders. An order form is provided to help the Customer. If the Customer prints and fills out this form with his order, we'll have all of the information needed to supply a quality product.
