The
above has led the Company to a continuous search for extremely
personalized solutions in close cooperation with the customers,
thus conquering both their trust in our technical-productive skills,
and their esteem for the reliability with which very exclusive works
have been and are confidentially carried out. Consequently, the relationship
established with continuously developing Companies has determined
the necessity of keeping ourselves updated and competitive on a technical-productive
basis. Due to these choices the Company has achieved throughout the
years the versatility and flexibility of the production cycles thus
enabling it to contribute as a protagonist to the evolution of the
making of pasta during the ending century. At the beginning of the
century the conical "penne" appliances to be applied under
the press bells were designed and realized. In the 50's we
were the first to use pantographs by which we started to produce complex
types of pasta and when the use of teflon was introduced,
representing indeed a revolution compared to the traditional way of
producing pasta. Then, in the 60's we introduced interchangeable
inserts and direct cut die-plates for the production of the "penne".
Later, in the 70's, when fresh pasta factories and laboratories
began to spread on a large scale, the Company was, as usual, ready
to accept the change of requirements and devoted an entire part of
its structure to this emerging sector, by cooperating with the most
important fresh pasta machinery producers. In the 80's, and
above all abroad, the trend fell for less and less traditional and
raised for more and more "designed" types. In order to meet this market
request we equipped ourselves with highly sophisticated CN machines
suitable for the realization of such special types, often designed
according to the customers' drawings.
